Newbie to the Smoking Que world

Hey All,

      Bmac from La Quinta, CA over here. Just got a brinkmann offset starter smoker and I'm obsessed. Just did my 3rd cook this last weekend with a tri-tip. Looking forward to getting some great info from you guys. Pictures are below of my Santa maria style tri-tip.
