Hello All, My name is Ryan from NC. I have been smoking for years and visiting this site for a while however mostly just to read. Just recently I have been posting a couple times so thought I would drop in and say hello.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Welcome Ryan from Here in SC. I have read this forum for a while, picking up many ideas and tips. I finally joined about a month ago and have found that the folks on this forum are really great and always ready to help. PM me and let me know what part of NC you're in.
