Hello. My name is Frank and I am relatively new to smokin meat.
I have been grilling just about everything for years. Mostly on a gas grill. For most of my younger years(25 and under) I worked in the rest. world cookin everything from fast food to fine dining.
For Fathers day this year I got my first ECB. So far I have smoked 1 brisket(awesome), quite a few pork loins, a few beer can chickens, a whole bunch of chicken wings, and a few brats.
I am ready to expand my horizons a bit and learn a lot.
