Smallholder in West Wales, UK keen to try some cold smoking. We produce our own bacon and sausages and have build a cold smoker by linking an old BBQ with a galvanised dustbin and am planning to use a Pro Q cold smoker for my first attempt this weekend!

Hi and welcome to the forum. There are a growing number of us here from the UK but I think that you are the first from Wales. Steve has already mentioned the UK group - which is part of the main forum and posts there can be seen and replied to by everyone.

It is good to hear that you are into cold smoking and are you planning on smoking your own home reared produce. There are several of us here that are very keen on cold smoking as well as hot. What have you tried cold smoking so far?

Cheers

Wade
