Just dropping in to introduce myself. Fear I may be the only female on here-lol, but I'm a newbie to the smoking world. Just purchased side smoker about 2-3 weeks ago & stumbled upon this site, and have been reading up on several threads on here to learn the ropes. So far I've smoked chicken breasts, baked potatoes, potato & onion packs, burgers, dogs, & ribeyes.

Look in the Gruops section, there is a Group just for us Gals! (the guys sneak in there too, but we don't mind!)
