A friend planted a seed while raving about his smoked turkey on Thanksgiving. So when I saw a black Friday deal on a Masterbuilt at Sportsmans Warehouse, I bit. Got it, and subsequently bought the slow / cold smoker box on Amazon. Cooking my first set of baby back ribs and baked potatoes as I type. Should be interesting. Hope it's edible!
