Hey guys

Ive used my Weber bullet a few times and have made some good ribs. Now Im trying to really master the process.

The biggest confusion I have is the beginning of the process. I use a chimney starter to get the charcoals going and then poor them into the bottom of the smoker onto some unlit charcoals. From there I have two questions

1-When do I add the wood chunks? Right away?

2-Do I put the ribs on right after the chunks? Or do I wait a little while? Thanks guys!!

Hoffa, morning....  Some folks will bury the chunks inside the pile of briquettes... that way they will smoke throughout the cooking process.... It only takes a few chunks to get the wood flavor.....  Dave
