I heard about this place from another forum I go to all the time i am an avid cook,bbqer,food inventor ,fattie maker,I have an old side box Charbroil smoker ,Weber kettle ,and a Son of hibachi,but one of the reasons Im here is to learn about meat grinding and sausage making , if I can help thats ok to,the only stupid ?? is the one never asked . I also want to find out about Harrow disc cooking or Discada cooking ?
