About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Welcome from SC, Kwalker. I'm sure you will enjoy this site. I don't know anything about your smoker, but if you send me one of those roasts, i will send you two sticks of wood and a box of matches. Welcome, you have an ECB and you need to do some mods on it to make it half way decent. There is a whole section of this website on that smoker.
