Newbie in MD

Andre here from Baltimore. Been "smokin" for years. At least that's what my wife says since the exhaust fan in our kitchen doesn't work well! Have a Smoke hollow propane smoker. So far only made a couple different things but want to really enjoy the fruits of my labor. Look forward to all the info here.
