Hello All,

My name is Van and I'm from Fla,, been grilling for many years but just recently got into smoking and just looking for somewhere I can go to with questions and get some good advice.  Since I am new at this I went this the Char-broil vertical charcoal/water smoker from walmart, as I get better I will upgrade but no need to buy a Bentley when i'm still learning in the chevy. lol
