Hello All,

Duane from Millersport, ohio. Newbie to smoking went out and bought a Backwoods extended Party. So far theres been 4 cooks done on my party and flat love the results, Well the last cook I did was way better then the first. Now I'm starting to branch out into other meats and what not. I strongly believe everything can be cooked on a smoker just need to have the patience to learn and the willingness to experiment. Knowledge is what I seek along with meeting new folks.
