Hello - wanted to introduce myself to the group. I have been smoking on an Oklahoma Joe with modifications and have gotten quite adept at the smoker, but am looking to upgrade to be able to do more than 2 briskets at a time. Hope you can make some recommendations for next gen smoker that will allow me to do multiples for a family reunion. It does not have to be on a cart. Any suggestions appreciated. Love all the info you folks are sharing.

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. Since you are using the OKJ, I assume you like a traditional stick burner. How many folks do you usually cook for? What is your budget?

We need this to make a good recommendation. Good luck with your research, Joe. :grilling_smilie:
