Hi all!  My name is TJ from Tulsa, OK.  I am new to smoking but recently got a Hasty Bake Continental as a wedding gift and am ready to turn and burn (figuratively of course).

I have done a couple racks of ribs but nothing amazing yet.  I have also done some burnt ends which I thought turned out great as did the people I was serving them to.

I am hosting a Kentucky Derby party this weekend and plan to smoke some meat.  Any DerbyQ recommendations?

Good evening, Welcome to SMF,  Pulled pork is always a hit, Pork shoulders are pretty forgiving, Just allow plenty of time, Kind of depends on what you and your guest like ?
