Hey everybody! Been reading these forums for a while now and have finally made an account as I just bought myself a second smoker and have a few questions on that, but I would've joined regardless
I'm 24 years old and absolutely love to cook, and smoked meat has been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember. I'm still rather new to it as the only thing I've smoked on has been a modified Brinkmann Bullet type smoker. After learning the art of maintaining temperature the results have been incredible.
Here's a shot of the set-up (and my buddy)
Pretty basic but we were cool in the shade and there was plenty of beer. What a great way to spend a Sunday. Unfortunately it's currently something like -10*F outside
Anyway, just figured I'd get in on the fun and introduce myself.
