Love to BBQ - love watching shows about BBQ, love eating BBQ - a true carnivor. I have been interested in learning the skill of smoking for awhile now. I picked up a lightly used Smokey Hollow PS4400. Cleaned her up yesterday, joined this forum and now I'm ready to start the first day of the rest of my life as a smoker. Looking forward to being a part of this community!
