Newbie from Orlando, FL

Wanted to give the obligatory hellos and introduction. Just picked up a MES40 last week to replace my side burner that I've been "borrowing" from my Father for the last 3 years. Got tired of constantly tending to the fire as it seems to be a weakness of mine to keep any type of fire actually burning.

  Anyways did a couple pieces of fish already and some veggies and definitely a whole lot easier.

Now we like having new folks here to give a new prospective on some of the ways we do things around here. This is a good place to learn. I too just got a MES40 and love it. I called and got the firebox upgrade at no cost just something to think about. Anyway Enjoy
