Newbie from Oregon

Hi,

 A friend of mine just gave me a masterbuilt electric smoker, I am a total novice and I don't want to make large amounts at one time so have joined this forum to learn more. I live in Roseburg Oregon, south of the Willamette Valley in the Umpqua Valley. Thank you for letting me join this group. Dee
