Hello everyone,
I am from NW Indiana and am interested in curing and smoking meats and sausages. Hopefully I can draw upon the experience of many of you to help me be successful. I enjoy making our own food, gardening, and also keep a couple dozen bee hives.
This is a cold smoker which I recently made. It is modular; in that it breaks down into components for easy portability and storage.
