Hello forum members...Joining up here on SMF.  Names joe from NH Im a screenpinter and a Call Firefighter.

Smoked meats before using a fmaily members Big Green Egg but I now have plans to build a Full Size smoke house now that I have my own property to do it.  Ill post in the appropriate forum about my plans!
