Hello Everyone, I've been cruising the forum for a while now, and you all are super knowledgeable about one of the best things on earth.... SMOKED MEAT. My name is Derek, and I just recently purchased my first smoker..... the MES30. In the last few months i have smoked chicken wings, whole chicken, ribs of course, and a Boston butt. Everything turned out excellent thanks to everyone on here and all of your priceless tips. Next year if not sooner, I am thinking about purchasing a WSM to try charcoal. All the reviews on this smoker seem to be great, and everyone recommends it. I am happy to finally be a member of this great forum with a bunch of great people with the same interests. SMOKE ON!!!!
