Newbie from Las Vegas

Hi everyone,

Just got a BBQ Galore Offset Smoker for Christmas from my wife. She got it for me after a year of listening to me how I was going to make my own. Put it together yesterday and just got done seasoning it. I got the BBQ bug after a trip to Texas a few years back. My first task will be some baby back ribs so we'll see how they come out! There is so much information on this site and I thank you all for posting your experiences and sharing information so that new people like me can share in your passion!
