Newbie from Kansas.

I took a love to smoking and BBQ when I moved here from Cali and haven't stopped since. l like making my own rubs & BBQ sauces and experiment with anything that sounds good. My kids are my best critics and they're brutally honest. I've only had grills in the past and have used an ECB. I like mods and want to build a UDS. Most of my friends and family will barter with me for my Q. I get to go to home openers to see the chiefs play as long as I'm on the grill and provide the smokey goodness that is my Q. I've even been told that I would have a good shot at the American Royal. I still think I'm too new at this...
