Hey everybody, ran across this site while researching PID controllers and wow what a great site! Im new to the smoking world and I cant wait to try my hand at it. Im in the process of building a fridge smoker right now and its been a lot of fun so far. Ill post my build project after I get finished, been documenting everything as I go with pics so far. Have a few questions to be answered but I'll post them in build sections. Thanks again to everyone that makes this site so much fun! I look forward to learning as much as I can from this site.
