Newbie from Florida

Hi everybody.  it is HOT in Florida right now, in the upper 90's.  But I'm ready to start smoking.  I don't have any experience smoking meats so please forgive me. this is my first ever smoker. A Brinkman Smoke-n-grille, cheap at Walmart.. $47 dolars
