Well I had to break down and get a smoker and started with a Pit Barrel Cooker as my first smoker.  I did my first batch last week and had a few hiccups but everything came out incredible!  Currently looking for some Marinade recipes to inject into some pork for this weekend so I can wow everyone with some smoked porkchops... Thanks, and keep up the good work here!!

Welcome JW glade to have you,  I'm sure someone will be along with some injection recipes in no time, I'm not really a injector type I do on occasion with pork shoulder buy mostly just use apple or orange juice.
