Hello all
So I recently bought a dehydrator and I've been making some killer beef jerky, which led to snack sticks, which led to an electric smoker. I haven't gotten the smoker yet. But I've been doing tons of research in preparation. I just joined the forum today and thought I would say hello. I'm sure I will have lots of questions soon.
