Hello all! My name is Jason and I live in Chicago. While pretty experienced in charcoal grilling, I am a total novice when it comes to smoking. Just purchased a new home and with that a Weber Summit Charcoal grill. I am excited to get started smoking on that thing and will surely be on these forums for advice frequently.
