Newbie from Arizona

Originally from Austin TX, been in the AZ for 20+ years. Not a newbie to smoking. However, am a Newbie to the Vertical Propane Smokers. Was given the Master Forge for my birthday, and have used it a couple of times. Meatloaf, Roast, and Fish and Potatoes.

Great forum... Have lurked through a few threads, and anxious to try some of your ideas, and recipes.
