Newbie and a rookie in cooking, in otherwards new to grilling.

Hello to all!

I am so excited to be here in this forum and learn from all ya'll cookers. Ok let me start off how all this got started. I finally built my outdoor kitchen/patio and boy is it a beauty. I have a 32" Blaze-propane grill, and just found this 40" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker at Lowe's for $209.00 on clearance. I was very skeptical why it was so cheap but I told myself to take a chance. I been eyeing them for a while and searching for reviews. I see more good then bad and I said am taking a chance on it. I am from down south in Texas, love the outdoors with the family during the fall, winter, and spring time. Love my sports (baseball,football,basketball,nascar) cannot live without my fantasy football league. Yes i do have my own fantasy league and I have my draft party here at my house and this year it will be outside on the patio. It is my pleasure to say I am glad to be here to make new friends and screw all this shit that is going on in the world.
