Hello everyone,

New to the forum and smoking. I have gained a wealth of knowledge from the forum already. I have opted to go the electric smoker route - waiting for delivery of new gen 1 MES 40.

Tried smoking years ago with disaster - no internet in those days and if you could do it wrong I did! Lol

Looking forward to interacting in the future
