Hi all. I've been lurkin around here for a couple days now, sucking in all the info I can find and I must say I'm very impressed with what I've seen so far (especially the ABT's mmmmmm). I'm in the process of changing over my Masterbuilt 7-in-1 electric to LP. I picked up a new afterburner mini-V that I'm going to install this weekend (pics will follow). Aside from a horrible rack of ribs that I made in my electric (couldn't get the smoker temp over 170 which is the reason for the conversion to gas) I've never successfully smoked anything in my life aside from the occasional Cohiba. Just wanted to drop in and say hi.
