Newb from Wyoming.

Hello all,

My name is Russell Olofson. I live in western Wyoming and besides spending time with my family I love to hunt and fish...and then Q my quarry.
I've been an on again off again lurker for a few years but never took the plunge until now. One of my favorite and fastest growing hobbies is making delicious food so I look forward to contributing to the forums as well continuing to learn from you all.

Currently most of my cooking is being done on an old Charbroil gasser that I converted to charcoal, a Webber Kettle, a UDS, and the newest addition to the fleet is a cherry vintage Kelvinator!! I just ordered the bulk of the components for that so I'll document the build once I get going on it.
