Newb from Nebraska

First post. Just got a mes 40 used it this weekend for 2 pork loins and 2 pork ribs. Both turned out good (sorry no pics) located in south sioux city Nebraska. I have the AMNPS was very impressed with first run. Works exactly as advertised. Great tasting smoke
