Hello SMF!

My name is Aaron and I live in NW Iowa.  I am new to the wonderful world of smoking meats.  I would consider myself a proficient griller and I've done this for many years now.  I'm ready for a challenge and I absolutely love BBQ.  Hard to do it right on a gas grill.  I have a chargriller duo with the sfb.  I am seasoning it as I type this.  I can tell this will be a challenge, but I am up for it.  I hope to learn a ton! Thanks and it's good to be here.
