I have actually learned a lot so far. I got my first smoker this past Christmas and have been a smoking fool ever since. What I think I am good at: ribs, butt, and pineapple.
what I am doing ok with: chicken
What I am horrible at: everything else.
I want to learn the way of the brisket lol
