hello, my name is Johnny and I really like this site. lot of info. I am from Wisconsin, and have smoked meat off and on for the last 8 years with a Bradley smoker which has been a good unit, but I am in the process of deciding which smoker to buy for an upgrade. I fish a lot so I am looking for a smoker that i can pretty much set and forget. I have narrowed it dowm to a few, but always opem for suggestions. here is my list as of now. Yoder either 480 or 640, Blaz n Grill Grad Slam, Rec Tec, not sure if i want to buy anything but American made, but reviews look great, and one i just started looking at is Cook Shack Smokette. any feed back is greatly appreciated

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
