Hello everyone, my name is josh. Just got a new okj highland smoker. Seasoned it up did some mods. It all works fairly good bought a BBQ guru and ordered a convection plate from horizon. I got my BBQ guru 4 or 5 days later. It's been 3 1/2 weeks since I ordered the convection plate. Tried calling, no answer. Has anyone else had problems with orders from horizon?
