new years brisket

Started a 10lb brisket today at 5pm. This is my first cut from Sam's Club. Definitely a lot more trimming needed due to the fat being so thick. Using grill mates brown sugar bourbon rub with an apple cider vinegar/bourbon spray. Cooking at 240. I have a pic but the upload from my device isn't working. I'll snap a live one on my next spray.
 
Looks good so far. You going to foil?
 
Going to foil when the bulk of the point hits 182. Its at 153 now. I'll be up for a while
 
Damn. Still 5 degrees off. Sleep for the weak
