Just got my new Weston 48 delivered today, so I set it up, and got it seasoning. Got some deer in the freezer waiting to be turned into sausage.
Overall, smoker seems like it will do well. Assembly was straight forward, although I had to download instructions, as none came with it. There was some minor denting on top from shipping, but nothing serious.
