Greetings,

I am a new user and hail from West Central MN Area. I have utilized this Site for many years and just never signed up. A lot of knowledge is collectively gathered here and I would just like to be able to contribute my share as well as learn from others.

My Dad and I got in to Pellet Smokers about 6 Years ago. After buying a Louisiana Grill, we started a larger cabinet Build that we put on a trailer. Have built several more but not commercially selling them. Usually just helping others out to build there own and provide guidance to those who are eager to learn.

As for smoking/cooking, I have done a lot of catered cooks over the last 4-5 years for friends Weddings, graduations, etc... I think the first summer that we built our own custom cooker (Didn't get it done until End of July) we cooked over 1200#'s of meat the first year.

Very cool looking smoker. I see you're in the Detroit Lakes area, nice place! I may live on the coast but I have Gopher blood in my veins :)
