New Toys are Arriving!

Ordered an AMNPS on Monday and to my surprise it was at my doorstep TODAY!  Thanks Todd!  Very quick shipping and great product! I almost have all the "tools" needed to start smoking.  We still need to take a trip to Sams Club to buy our MES 40 but in the mean time, my father in law has a large propane grill/smoker build which has a temp regulator from approx. 100-500 degrees.  He mostly uses it for grilling a few times a year but if I can figure it out using the AMNPS at low temps it will be a smoker I can use for large batches.  I am looking forward to start smoking.  I'll post results as I go along and I'm sure I will need a lot more advice.
