New toy

Well folks this beauty arrived today. Decided to go with the 18 WSM instead of the 22. Thinking I'll break it in with some ribs or a couple chickens.

They are great cookers. Always see a few at comps too, that should tell you something. I own two langs, and still would not part with my weber kettle for anything but another one. Weber makes a fine cooker.

Nice. I think you should break it in with a rack of ribs and a chicken. It's a good combo and then you don't have to choose.

You still gotta choose.The chicken over the ribs or the ribs over the chicken...I own the 14.5" so I always have to make that choice!
