just picked up a 8lb boston butt, rubbed and sitting in fridge till tonight, first go at wsm , got auber for it, lets hope lots of reading and advice from you all will pan out... lining water pan w hd foil no water, and going with minion method , and some depot applewood, will be ordering from smokinlicious soon..will try to post some pics and peace to all
