Hello to all. I live in Washington state and a big fan of smoking various meats. 53 years old, retired out the USN after 28 years and yes still working on another job. Married with 3 kids and 6 grandchildren....and they all love BBQ and what comes out of the smoker. Always looking to improve or try something different.
