New to the realm of smoking. Live in the Chicago area and we smoked some ribs last week and now looking into doing a brisket for a small group for a concert this weekend.

Got a Brinkman smoke and grill for our wedding and plan on using if a lot for the rest of the summer. It's not the greatest piece of equipment but I think a good start before putting some serious money into this new passion. I have already gotten some help from the forum and will surely be back with more questions

Thanks
