Hello fellow smokers or Smoketts. Just received my first smoker for xmas. A present from my kids. As I learn more each day I realize I don't have the greatest smoker, but I'll make do. The brand name is RiverGrille. A little about myself, born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. It's cold and snowy so I'll assume if I smoke in the cold weather the temperature on my grill will probably be tricky to keep a consistent temperature. Any suggestions? Ohh yeh, I plan on grilling a pork shoulder for New Years

Good morning and welcome to the forum from East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of                     information on just about everything.

Just Remember it's Not The Smoker it's the person operating the smoker who turns out great BBQ
