New to the site!

Hi guys, i am from New Brunswick Canada. I have been BBQ ing for a few years now. It started with my obsession for making smoked ribs and now i like any and all styles of cooking . I am currently doing my first attempt at smoked meat ! ill be cooking it next weekend.

I have a Broil King Imperial Propane grill and a Broil King Keg Kamado charcoal Grill as well. 

I want to learn as much as i can , i love to cook and consider it one of my hobbies.
