Hi All.  Matt here, from New Jersey.  Came here looking for some advice for a new smoker to replace the cheap Brinkmann sidecar and hand-me-down bullet smoker I've used in the past.  I've been smoking for about 6 years now, mostly brisket and pork shoulder, but I've delved into a bunch of beef and pork cuts and have been working with charcuterie a lot lately.  I'm also a grilling enthusiast, wanna-be cook, and beer brewer (home and pro).  Happy to share what little I know, always looking to learn more.  Cheers!
