Hi.....so excited to join this site. I have seen it around while posting on another site I belong to (thesmokering). I truly enjoy the art of smoking and am constantly trying to improve my skills while offering some hopeful useful and tasty recipes with my fellow smoking aficionados. I currently use two homemade smokers that I have built over the last couple of years (not sure of the rules but if I can, I will gladly share the link where you can see how I built them). I am from south Mississippi and I hope to one day retire and make my next vocation a vacation! I truly enjoy seeing my food devour and that lets me know that my time and efforts have not been in vain. I am looking forward to meeting many new friends on this site.
